Happiness Homework 8/22

During the busiest time of your day, when the stress has reached its highest level, recognize that you’re stressed, accept it fully, breathe, feel your feet on the floor, and go from there. Ground yourself. Practice all day, everyday. Stress will always be there; your job is to make a choice on how you react to it.
