You’re Asking Me To What?! Change my Life When I Can’t Even Breathe? Yes, We Are & Yes, You Can!

It’s tough out there right now. The economy in this country and around the world is hardly robust. A lot of people are out of work. There’s war and strife and hunger and needy people everywhere, it seems. People are angry, frustrated, and depressed.
The news about our environment, planet earth, the plants and animals, the oceans, rivers and lakes that we read, hear and see daily is very troubling. So why even bother to do the things we’ve been telling you to do on Happiness Series, with our videos & blogs? Why bother to meditate when you got laid off, the air is polluted and the political situation in our country is one of infighting and zero solutions? Why bother? Because by meditating, creating a better, happier you will heal our planet. Accepting where you are in this moment, the good, the bad, and the ugly will create movement in a positive direction. Talking to your spirit guides will be bring you answers. Eating kale will be make you feel and look better. Exercise improves the mind, body, and soul. Do it. But most of all practicing acceptance and accountability any time, especially in these tough, rough and tumble times, will IMPROVE your life. And if your life improves, then life on this planet will improve. We can save ourselves and our environment, if we start to live like RIGHT NOW is all that is… And right now, things aren’t so bad that you can’t take a moment, pause and savor the breeze, the kiss of a lover, the taste of a fresh peach, the conversation with a good friend. And if RIGHT NOW, it is dire and awful and bad, take a deep, deep breath, take five, and accept that whatever is happening is happening, and then move on from there. Make your list, take 5 minutes, be still, ask for help. Help will come. You just gotta be open to how it arrives. Be present and the answer always presents itself.
Life isn’t always easy for me or for Sheila or for my loved ones and friends. Everyone I know is going through some sort of drama, some sort of hard time. Maybe they’re deeply in debt, maybe her father died, maybe his paycheck bounced and he lost his job, maybe his health is failing, maybe her heart is breaking because he left… these things are really happening. I’m going through it too. I have awful, hard days. But I know for 100% certainty that when I meditate (through the awfulness), when I go for a long walk, or work on my core, when talk to my guides, I’m better. This stuff, it works. Try it & please share your tips, your stories, your problems with us. We’re all in this together. We all need each other. We are all uniquely wonderful and have good things to offer the world. Please share your good things with us.
