Change Is Coming… Embrace It

Spring has Sprung! New life is emerging inside and out! Things are happening.

Even more than usual, I have been getting a lot of amazing insights during my meditations as of late. Healing insights into my heart and ways to be open to create new possibilities.

Whether you want to accept it or not, change is happening. It is for you to choose to flow with the changes in yourself and the world around you. This is the new way of living which will align to your truest self.

I have to constantly breathe in this truth. I know for myself, I can stubbornly resist changes around and in me. It’s easier to hold on to what I think I know and desire of my inner and outer world. Yet the truth is simple: If I desire things to be easier, I have to be easier.

So…

What do you desire in life? Are you willing to change into the person who can attract and “Be” comfortable with it?

What does your life look like after you achieve the dream?

Who are you when you are in love? Are you open to allowing your heart to receive the expansion which comes with it?

When we move with the flow that comes from our In-Dwelling Greatness, we are much lighter and more allowing. Breathe and draw life to you, reflecting what you desire from the depths of your feeling.  I know for a fact it appears as if by magic.

Here are some tip to align with your flow:

Get quiet, yup… meditate! Clearing your mind of worries and repeating thoughts helps you listen to your intuition and inner truth, which in turn will help you to see the next step. Learn to breathe and create a space which will allow for new perspective and possibilities. There are many meditative techniques out there. Find one you are comfortable using and practice. (pssst, check out my meditation CD)

Trust your instincts. Take time everyday to listen to what your true heart (not the monkey mind) is saying.

Tap into your true desires. Start simple. What does your heart desire right at this moment? Write it all out from the simplest (a glass of water) to the practical (health) to the wildest (a pair of real flying angel’s wings). After you make your list, take some action to help bring want you can to you. (Excuse me as I grab some water…. Sip… Ah!) Getting clear about your desires helps you to align with your flow.

Lastly, take a moment to let go and allow.

As the song goes…You are everything and everything is you. Know it and BE it.
