Happiness Homework 4/18

For one week, write down what you’ve eaten all day, and each day, when the day’s over, remove the food from your diet that was either bad for you or didn’t energize you. That food is doing you no favors. Find alternatives to the bad food that leaves you sluggish. We have some great suggestions on our site!
