Healthy Snack-Cinnamon Toast

We love cinnamon toast, with good, organic butter, cinnamon, and Alvarado’s bread. It’s sprouted bread and we love the nutty taste.

Toast your Alvarado Street sprouted sourdough bread (where available) or any sprouted 100% whole grain bread
Spread real (preferably organic) butter
Dust bread with cinnamon (no sugar needed), Saigon Cinnamon is a great treat. (Cinnamon is an anti-inflammatory spice & it hits that sweet spot, keeping you from eating sugar. Use it in your coffee too.)
