Happiness Homework is a fun resource to make manageable improvements in the quality of your life. Most changes do not happen overnight, and a week is great jumpstart to getting you on your way to a happy life. We would like you to take a dedicated amount of time each week and really put this to the test. Do it every Monday, and it should be fun and something that will shake up your week and possibly change your life, week by week. Let’s help each other out by sharing our weekly experiences with Happiness Homework.

We created Happiness Homework to give you something to work on during the week but just remember these things should be something you are doing all the time. The more you work on it, the more it becomes part of your life. Have fun with it. Make it a game, and you will see you win every time!
