My assistant Caroline, aka the boss of me, dragged me kicking and screaming into a Twitter account (http://twitter.com/intuitivetony).
I am teaching a class at The Learning Annex (http://www.learningannex.com/live_classes/315) on “Embracing Your Future Self.”
Also, I am making plans for my trip to Holland in March.
We have just entered the Chinese New Year. Happy Year of the White (metal) Rabbit, by the way. I am told that the Rabbit is a nice calm after the storm called the Tiger, which was last year. We shall see. I have a feeling most of us are going to look at the storms we have lived through and start to make some more supportive choices. It is now time to brush yourself off and open up the the new opportunities the calm will have to offer. Taking ownership of our role in how we allowed certain choices to get out of hand.
We are also coming quickly upon that HALLMARK time of love. Valentine’s Day. (http://www.tonyleroy.com) The day where we send little cards, flowers and gifts to those we love. So to you and yours I send joyous tidings and may cupid kiss you with his golden arrow… Know that I love you! I wish for you all the LOVE your heart can receive.
In the past, I have stated that I am one of those people who believes we should express feelings of love all the time, not just on the 14th of February. That said, I wish that there was an aspect of Valentine’s Day which also spoke of self-love. The more I think about the law of attraction (like attracting like), the more I see that we really can use a good dose of self-love and acceptance around here. Most of the time I would settle for some self respect… but it is a special time so I say let’s aim a bit higher. Self-love, unconditional and empowering allowance of your true self.
Here are some things to consider:
*Remember to keep those lines of communication open to share your feelings.
*Cut your friends and lovers some slack. It’s a huge challenge for some to open up. Being exposed and open is the equivalent to death for some. Let them know that you are there for them in good times and bad times– that’s what friends are for…
*Allow yourself to take a risk to share your desires with someone you are willing to care about. You have to keep in mind not many people around you know what is going on in your head. So when you assume that your loved one knows what your feelings are, know that they don’t. Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable to your feelings. Sometimes it is best to get out of the way and let your feelings show.
May your heart find it’s journey towards its full expression of the divine.
LOVE your way!
Create a beautiful day!
